Endocrine surgery focuses on treating disorders of hormone-producing glands such as the thyroid, adrenal glands, and salivary glands, along with surgical management of breast diseases and diabetic foot complications.
Thyroid surgery is performed to treat conditions such as thyroid nodules, multinodular goiter, hyperthyroidism, and thyroid cancer.
Laparoscopic Thyroidectomy is minimally invasive thyroid removal using small incisions, camera guidance, offering less pain, minimal scarring, faster recovery, and reduced complications.
Open thyroidectomy is the standard surgical procedure for removing all (total) or part (lobectomy) of the thyroid gland through a 3–10 cm incision in the lower neck.
Breast surgery is performed for both benign and malignant conditions.
Benign Breast Disease includes non-cancerous breast conditions like cysts, fibroadenomas, and infections causing lumps, pain, swelling, or nipple discharge.
Gynecomastia is benign enlargement of male breast tissue caused by hormonal imbalance, obesity, medications, or systemic conditions.
Breast Cancer is a malignant tumor arising from breast ducts or lobules, causing lumps, skin changes, nipple discharge, or lymph node involvement.
Salivary gland surgery treats infections, stones, and tumors affecting glands like parotid, submandibular, and sublingual glands.
Adrenal surgery is performed for tumors and hormone-secreting adrenal conditions.
Diabetic foot complications can lead to serious infections if untreated.
